3.3.1 There are 5 siteswithin the Jinshan area (west area), architectural renovation design shall be carried out for four plots including the Plots of C24-1 and C24-2-1 (about 4.40hectares); the Plots of C28-1-1、C29-1-1 and C29-1-3 (about 5.34 hectares); the C36-1 Plot (about 2.03hectares); the C38-1-4 Plot ( about 1.28 hectares)；the C27-1 plot（about 1.84 hectares).
1）C24-1和C24-2-1地块，C28-1-1、C29-1-1和C29-1-3地块，C36-1地块，C38-1-4地块设计要点：协调地块与周边建筑物、景观、风貌及交通关系，通过对建筑本身进行更新整治和功能策划，提出建筑概念方案构思、景观主题、功能结构、地块整体的场地竖向设计、交通流线组织、立面改造以及地块内的业态和运营管理方案等。
