Call for Papers for the "Sportive Zhejiang and Beautiful Yiwu" Sports Cartoon Creation Competition

2022年浙江省第十七届运动会在金华举办，义乌作为第十七届省运会的协办城市，为做好省运会的宣传工作，营造一个全民参与、全民支持的体育文化宣传氛围，义乌市文化和广电旅游体育局举办本次体育漫画主题创作大赛。

The 17th Zhejiang Provincial Sports Games will be held in Jinhua in 2022. As the co-host city of the 17th Provincial Sports Games, Yiwu will organize this sports cartoon theme creation contest for the purpose of promoting the provincial sports games and creating an atmosphere of sports culture promotion for universal participation and support.

二、征集方案

1.作品要求

参赛作品需围绕“浙江省第十七届运动会”主题，展现体育运动的花样缤纷，符合漫画幽默、夸张、奇趣等特点，内容健康、主题鲜明、构思新颖，文字精炼。

II. Call for proposals

1. Requirements of the works

Entries shall focus on the theme of "The 17th Zhejiang Provincial Sports Games", show the diversity of sports, in line with the characteristics of humor, exaggeration, and fun, with healthy content, distinctive theme, novel ideas, and concise text.

（1）漫画类：单幅、多格漫画

 手绘作品尺寸不小于30*40㎝，不大于70*70cm，电子作品要求：分辨率300dpi，jpg格式，图片不小于5MB，不大于10MB；

作品提交：电子文档，需提供参赛作品及源文件，报名表。

(1) Cartoon: single width, multi-format cartoon

 The size of hand-drawn works shall not be less than 30*40cm, not more than 70*70cm. Requirements for electronic works: resolution 300dpi, jpg format, and the picture shall not be less than 5MB, not more than 10MB. Submission of works: electronic documents, works and source files, and application form are required.

（2）动画类：二维动画、三维动画、定格动画

时长不超过1分钟，作品原始分辨率不低于1920*1080，格式为 MOV、AVI 或 MPG；

(2) Animation category: 2D animation, 3D animation, stop motion animation

Duration shall not exceed 1 minute, the original resolution of the work shall not be less than 1920*1080, and the format shall be MOV, AVI or MPG.

作品提交：电子文档，需提供参赛作品的源文件和作品完整视频，报名表。

Submission of works: electronic files, the source files of the works and the complete video of the works, and the application form are required.

（3）动漫衍生品

漫雕、手办、玩偶、机甲等动漫作品，尺寸要求：实物类作品宽不超过80cm，高度不超过80cm；

作品提交：电子文档，需提供参赛作品及源文件，报名表。

(3) Animation derivatives

Comic sculptures, person models, dolls, mecha and other animation works, size requirements: physical class works shall not exceed 80cm in width and 80cm in height.

Submission of works: electronic files, entries and source files, application form are required.

3.投稿须知

(1)手绘作品或实物作品寄送地址：义乌市文化馆（金华市义乌市新科路2号），邮编:322000，收件人：朱老师  联系电话：0579-85325018 ，请在原作背面右下角用铅笔注明：姓名（以身份证为准，要求身份信息真实、准确有效）、作品标题（与画面相同）、尺寸（高×宽cm）、详细联系地址、邮编、联系电话；

3. Instructions for submission

(1) Hand-drawn works or physical works shall be sent to: Yiwu Culture Museum (No. 2 Xinke Road, Yiwu, Jinhua). Postal Code: 322000. Addressee: Ms. Zhu Tel: 0579-85325018. Please indicate the following information in pencil at the bottom right corner of the back of the original work: name (subject to ID card, the identification information is required to be true, accurate and valid), title of the work (the same as the picture), size (height × width cm), detailed contact address, postal code, and contact number.

(2)电脑绘画作品或动画作品直接发至大赛收件邮箱：410195831@qq.com，参赛邮件的文件名上注明：姓名（以身份证为准）和作品标题，并在邮件中附作者本人姓名、作品标题、详细通讯地址及联系电话的电子文档；

(2) Computer paintings or animation works shall be sent directly to the email address of the competition: 410195831@qq.com. The entry email shall include name ( subject to ID card) and title of the work. An electronic file with the author's name, title of the work, detailed mailing address and contact number shall be attached to the email.

(3)每位作者限投2件作品。

(3) Each author is limited to 2 pieces of works.

三、评审及展览

主办方将委托由专家组成的评审组对作品进行公开、公正评选，经过初评、复评程序，评选出一、二、三奖作品及优秀作品。获奖及入展作品，主办方统一装裱进行展出，参赛作品概不退件。

III. Judge and Exhibition

The organizer will commission a review group composed of experts to evaluate the works openly and fairly. After the preliminary evaluation and re-evaluation, the first, second and third prize works and excellent works will be selected. Award-winning and exhibited works will be framed and exhibited by the organizer. All entries will not be returned.

1.初评和复评评选结果在义乌市文化馆、义乌市现代漫画动画艺术研究院公众号进行公示；

1. The results of the preliminary evaluation and re-evaluation will be announced in the official account of Yiwu City Culture Museum and Yiwu Modern Cartoon and Animation Art Institute.

2.奖项及待遇设置：

  2.exhibited works：

一等奖2名，奖金各2500元；

二等奖6名，奖金各1000元；

三等奖10名，奖金各500元；

优秀奖45名，颁发入展证书。

2 first prizes, with a prize of 2,500 yuan each

6 second prizes, with a prize of 1,000 yuan each

10 third prizes, with a bonus of 500 yuan each

45 outstanding awards, with the certificate of admission.

3.展览时间：2022年7月，展览地点：义乌市梅湖体育馆

四、其它说明

1.参赛者的参赛作品一律为作者原创作品，严禁剽窃、抄袭，由此造成任何法律纠纷或责任作者自负并取消其参赛资格。活动组织单位对参赛作品有出版、展览、研究、录像、宣传的权利；

IV. Additional notes

1. All entries shall be originally created by the author. Plagiarism and plagiarism are strictly forbidden and the author shall be responsible for any legal disputes or responsibilities caused by them and shall be disqualified from participation. The activity organization unit shall be entitled to the publication, exhibition, research, video and publicity of the works entered.
